Kokoro · Do is a movement practice inspired by aikido, yoga, stretching, breathwork and the way of the wooden weapon — the bokken, jo and tanto. It blends the grace of dance, the awareness of yoga, and the practical wisdom of martial arts into one sustainable approach to movement that supports your daily life.

Do I need martial arts experience to start?

No. No martial arts experience is needed. The weapons — bokken, jo and tanto — are simply tools for reconnecting with your body and sharpening your awareness. The practice is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists.

Can I train online from anywhere in the world?

Yes. Kokoro · Do offers guided on-demand online courses you can train anywhere, anytime. The practice is designed to be done at home with minimal space and equipment.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first week is completely free, with no commitment. You can cancel anytime. After the trial, membership is 19,99 EUR per month.

What are the benefits of the practice?

What weapons do you train with?
